I’m a Justice of the Peace, Life Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management, and (Rtd) Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Recipient of the Institute of Directors overseas study award. Studied Governance Standards for the Board and Board Strategic Leadership at Henley University UK.

In regards to Business Governance I find it very annoying in the quantum of shareholder value destruction that has happened within New Zealand over recent years!
